Responsible Gambling

Play with limits

John Vegas is for adults only (18+). Set deposit, loss and session limits in your account before you play, and stick to a budget you can afford to lose.

Warning signs

Stop if gambling stops being entertainment, if you chase losses, or if play affects finances, work, sleep or relationships. Take a break as soon as those signs appear.

Tools on the platform

Where offered, use cool-off periods, self-exclusion and reality checks. Contact support@johnVegascasino.com if you need help applying a limit or closing access.

Help in the United Kingdom

Independent advice is available through national helplines and support organisations for problem gambling. Reach out early — support works best before pressure builds.
